Yes, all customers need to register in order to purchase via our website. However, registration is not required to simply navigate through our website to have a look at our products.  

 

3-When will an item be back in stock?

If an item is out of stock, will be given the opportunity to request a notification be sent to you when the item is back in stock. If an item is sold out, it will be removed from our website.

 

4-Are the prices, gifts and promotions available on the website the same as those offered in Perfumeries D.Pons stores?

Normally, the prices, gifts and promotions offered online are the same as those offered in our stores.

 

5-From which countries can I shop on-line?

We currently sell to all the countries within the European Union. However, please, let us know if you’d like to ship your items to any other country outside of the European Union.

 

6- Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, payments are completely secure and risk-free.  Purchases made on dponsparfums.com are secure and guaranteed. All information relating to your orders and your payments is encrypted. To guarantee maximum security when purchasing, all information relating to payments transmitted via the Internet is encrypted using the SSL protocol.  Your credit card number is encrypted as well.

 

11 - May I send any file or web link to design a card with Say it with Perfume?

Yes, you can send any file as long as a suitable use of the contents is done and there are not used to spread illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; contents or propaganda of racist, xenophobic, pornographic, legal, apology of terrorism or against human rights kind; causing damage to the physical and logical systems of D.PONS Algendar, SLU and the ones of its suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other hardware or software capable of causing the aforementioned damage; trying to access and, when applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

In case the above requirements are not complied, D.PONS Algendar, SLU reserves the right to remove such material.

 

How to shop                                                                                                                                    

Buying in  Dponsparfums.com  is very easy. You only need to follow the steps bellow.

1- Choose the category or brand that you want to buy. You can select by product or by brand. If you want to buy perfume, you can do it either by going to the category “Brands”, where you will find an alphabetical list of the designers available or by “Parfums”, where you can select the product you wish selecting your favourite olfactory notes.

2- Click on the product you wish and you will access another page with an enlarged  image, its name, reference, description, price, colour, sizes available and composition.

3- Choose the item and add to your basket. Once finished, you can choose between “Continue shopping” or “Check out your order”.

4- You can also give the item(s) to that special person by clicking “Say it with perfume” and give it as a present. Once you have completed your product selection , you can choose among our gift boxes, decoration options and dedicate it personally.

5- Please note that in order to place an order you need to be registered in our Website.  

6- Once you have filled all the required fields select “Confirm”.

7- Choose the payment method: Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

8- Make sure your personal information and you order are correct

9- You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.

By going to “Forgot your password?” in “Your account”, you can request a new password. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to get a new password.

 1.  Shipping

You can receive your order at the address you within the European Union you provided when finalizing your order. However, we cannot deliver your order to a Post Office box.  

Delivery times and prices depend on the service you choose:

•Deliveries in Spain:

- 72h. Price: €8

- 4-5 business days. Price: €5,5

 

On orders over € 100 to the Peninsula, free shipping (Envialia mode). If you want the urgency option with FedEx Express 48 hours, price is 8 €, and if the purchase exceeds 130 € shipping is free.

•Deliveries in Europe: 3business days. Price: €13

For countries where the carrier is Fedex International and the cost is 13 €, shipping is free for orders greater than 130 €. For other countries, please consult.

 

How can I make sure that I placed my order correctly?

Once you have placed your order and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please, check your spam inbox. If you still have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team through our phone number 871 51 16 56 or our email info@dponsparfums.com .


2. Tracking & delivery

You can check the progress of the shipment at any time if you go to “Order history and details” of your account.  For any other information about the shipment and delivery, please, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team through our phone number 871 51 16 56 or our email info@dponsparfums.com .

 

If you have requested a home delivery, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a shipment number along with a link to the carrier’s website once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping is done on the business day following reception, and the product will be received by the client within the established deadline, depending on the selected type of shipping, as soon as  the formalization and order number registration are done.

 

On special days such as Christmas, Valentine's day, Father's day, Mother's day, we recommend ordering sooner in anticipation of a possible saturation of our logistics services. Usually two extra days will be sufficient to suceed delivering within the established deadline.

1. Returns 

How can I return a purchased item?

All the items from our website come from important brands with excellent quality. However, we are committed to providing our customers with the best service and to ensuring that we provide a service which is tailored to meet our clients’ needs. Therefore, you can return and exchange the purchased products if you are not satisfied.  

You have a period of 30 days from the purchase date to return your products.

The procedure is as follows:

1-Fill out the Return Form attached to the “General Terms” and send it to our Customer Service team.

 2- Once we receive the merchandise we will process the voucher for the amount of your bill so you can use it on the online page within a period of 6 months.

 

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

If the amount refunded to you is incorrect, please, contact our Customer Service team through our phone number 871 51 16 56 or our email info@dponsparfums.com .We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

2. Exchanges

How can I Exchange a purchased item?

If you want to Exchange a purchased item, you must apply for a Refund Form , fill out it and send it to our Customer Service.

When we get the product in perfect condition, you will receive (via email) a voucher for the amount of the initial product, which can be used in our online store. Deadline for using the voucher will be 6 months.

3.  Defective or damaged items

What should I do if the item(s) I receive is(are) defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please, contact our Customer Service team through our phone number 871 51 16 56 or our email info@dponsparfums.com . We will solve the problem as soon as possible. 

4. Shipping and collection costs

All shipping and collection fees for returned items are born by customers except in the following cases, for which Dponsparfums.com will bear the shipment and collection costs:

•You received the “wrong” product

•You received a defective or damaged product

What payment options do you accept?

Our customers can select one of the three following payment methods:

  • Payment by credit card via Redsys.  We accept payment with all major credit cards. During the payment process, the bank with which we work (CaixaBAnk) will ask you the following details: your credit card number, expiration date and CVV number.   
  • Payment by PayPal.  PayPal is a quick and secure payment system. PayPal safeguards purchasers’ information so that no financial information is divulged. PayPal will send a confirmation e-mail for each transaction performed using this method.  For further information please visit www.paypal.com
  • Payment by bank transfer. We accept payment by bank transfer.  By using this method, your order will serve only as a reservation until payment is confirmed. Therefore,  it is imperative you carry out the transfer in order for us to ship your order.  The transfer must be done within 7 calendar days after you place of order via our website. Transfers must be made out for the total amount of your order to the D. Pons Algendar account.

 

In order to expedite the process, we suggest that you send the bank receipt of your transfer to our Customer Service team e-mail:  info@dponsparfums.com  

 

What should I do if my payment by credit card is not accepted?

This can be caused by a number of reasons:

•Your credit card might not be among the cards we accept.

•The type, number and CVV security code of the credit card or the expiry date were not entered correctly.

•You have insufficient funds.

• Your card has expired.
